Where do you deliver?
Currently, we can deliver to the following:
- UK
- European Union
- Norway & Switzerland
- USA & Canada
- Australia & NZ
- Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Japan & Hong Kong
You should be automatically directed to the relevant store based on your IP address but you may need to use the country selector.
How long will my delivery take?
If you place your order before noon you can expect to receive it:
- UK - Standard Delivery in 3-4 working days
- UK - Express Delivery in 1-2 working days
- EU - 2-5 working days
- US - 3-5 working days
- Asia & Oceania - 5-15 working days
We aim to ship orders accepted before 12pm, Monday to Friday, on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be sent on the following working day.
The above timelines apply to all items shipped from our own warehouses. Our soft furnishings (i.e. Bed Linen, Curtains, Towels, Cushions, Doormats and Rugs) are shipped from another warehouse and will take longer to arrive.
UK Wallpaper orders are printed on demand and will typically take 10-15 working days to deliver.
Please note that your order may experience a delay during seasonal peaks and promotional weekends (e.g. Bank Holidays, Black Friday and Christmas).
Will I be alerted when my order is due to arrive?
Yes! If you have provided your email address and phone number while placing your order then our couriers will contact you (by email and/or text notification) with a delivery window on the day of delivery and offer extensive "in-flight" options to reschedule the delivery if you're going to be out.
How much will it cost?
Non-EU Deliveries
All orders will incur a flat rate based on the below GBP prices in their currency.
For UK orders, we offer free delivery on all orders over £150.
For US orders, we offer free delivery on all orders over $50.
Purchases outside of the UK & EU may be subject to additional customs charges.
*For US purchases, we’ve updated our checkout to display all duties upfront. We’re committed to making the process as transparent as possible for our US customers, and are working towards finding better solutions for the duties and tariffs.

EU Deliveries
EU orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in The Netherlands. EU-bound orders will incur a flat rate based on the below prices and should not be subject to additional customs charges on delivery.
For EU orders, we offer free delivery on all orders over €200 (or local currency equivalent).

Actual delivery timescales may vary according to external factors and we recommend placing your orders early at particularly busy times of year (such as Christmas) to make allowances for delivery delays. In the event of any unforeseen delay in dispatch, we'll contact you to keep you fully informed by email.
Regrettably, we reserve the right to decline to fulfil orders for any reason. This includes orders for products with mis-published price or specification information. Orders are treated as offers which we are entitled to accept or decline. If there are any problems with your order, we will make every effort to contact you and resolve the problem as quickly as possible by email.
Please get in touch with us if your order is more than 5 working days later than expected and you have not already heard from us.
